About the project
This massive new property required a brand new cedar roof. It featured diverse roofing slopes and decks, for which we used a combination of diverse roofing techniques. Cedar shakes on almost all slopes and 2 ply torch-on roofs on all decks. Thanks to the complex roofing combinations throughout the property, we had to come up with a solution for low slope roofing sections that needed extra waterproof protection but needed to match the look of the rest of the sloped sections.
Results
It took our team 1 month and a half to complete this massive 10000ft2 job. We used a mixture of 2 ply torch-on with false cedar roofs on top for the particularly low slope roofing sections, so as to preserve the look the client was looking for while at the same time preventing premature leaks on a brand new roof.
